| - Find a new job. I'm not settling for less though, until I absolutely have to. - I got another job at the library, working as an administrative receptionist and switchboard operator. Basically, I sit there doing homework with occassional real work. It's very depressing but at least I get a paycheck.
- Pay off my credit card. Basically, paying for my cruise & new camera since that's what I put on it (before I lost my job). - if I keep paying what I am right now, it should be done within 3 months.
- Get
a 4.0 next semester. I got ripped off this semester and was really
close to a 4.0, so now I'm even more determined to get one next
semester. - this goal will be impossible since my advanced econ class has royally screwed me over. I've never been good at econ or finance.
- Save up enough money for rent. Living alone isn't cheap. - most of that will happen over the summer but I'm not doing too horribly right now.
- Have the best spring break cruise ever. After all this, I deserve a nice vacation. - It was an awesome cruise! minus the whole getting stuck in Memphis overnight part...
- Make networks through SEHR. Being Treasurer helps now. - so far, so good, but no internship yet
- Find a post-graduation job, somewhere in Michigan. - My goals regarding this have changed, I now want to go to grad school in Illinois, assuming I get some sort of a scholarship which shouldn't be too hard with my qualifications.
- Adopt a black kitten in August
 . - still my plan, but it might be in July and it might not end up being black.
- Keep in touch with my old co-workers at Alcoa. - so far, so good, although I lost permanent contact with a few who were laid off after I was.
- Survive another Mike-less summer, if need be. - yup, doing long distance for the 3rd summer in a row. I can do this.
New goals:
Find another internship and try to have a good summer even though no one will be here and I will be bored out of my mind. OH and Mike & I will have been together for a year and a half in a few weeks...yeah, insane, I know.
